This automated BAA Gallery Registration involves filling out a set of on-line forms. It simplifies the process and allows labels to be printed directly from the information provided. It also allows us to keep an online registry of your work for our new Clover processor.

For those members that do not have computer access, or who need assistence, please bring in your list of works to the gallery on Wednesday, April 24th and we will help you register.

If you have any problems or questions about this tool please call Bruce Morgan at 843-441-1951. He will be glad to answer any questions and solve any problems you may have.

Directions for filling out form                           (Please print for future reference)

  1. Fill in your name above and select the "Continue" button.
  2. A form will open to register for the Main Gallery, Top Shelf, Small Works, Prints and Notecards.
  3. In the "Title of Work" field please limit your title to 40 characters. Do not use ALL CAPS.
  4. Dimensions should be rounded up to the closest inch, no fractions.
  5. To fill in the "Medium" section, click the triangle at the right end of the line. A list will drop down. Click your type of media. If it is not listed, please type it on the second line.
  6. Photographers must describe the following under medium: the photographic process if enhanced, the print edition and how many, and the printing process. See instructions on the Artwork Registration Form.
  7. Prices are by dollar (no cents).
  8. All names on labels should match the name you signed up in your original Membership form.
  9. Verify content, spelling, and capitalization.
  10. Select the "Submit Labels" button.
  11. If there are errors in the form it will appear again with the errors listed in red at the top. Correct the errors and select "Submit Labels" again.
  12. When the form is correct a page will appear reminding you when to bring your art work. It also contains your inventory page and sample labels.
  13. If the labels are not correct, there is a link that will take you back to the page to make corrections.
  14. Please print out the labels from this page and attach them to the back of your works. This is to identify your pieces in the gallery. If you aren't able to print them, please attach a hand-written label to the back. Your official Wall Labels will be waiting for you at the gallery on a table as you come into the gallery.

Please be sure all of your work is clearly labeled for identification on the back.

  15. Please print a copy of your Inventory page to bring with you to Check-In. Simply use the "Print" button on the registration page. This will save time and confusion. If you don't have a printer, a volunteer will help you fill out an inventory page at Check-In.
  16. If you sell one of the paintings you meant to hang just go to this labels page again and enter your name. It will pull up your current information. Make any changes you need to replace or remove the sold painting and re-submit.
  17. Bring your art works to the BAA Gallery at the indicated time.

ALL ART MUST STAY UP THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF THE SHOW, UNLESS SOLD.
